AsPS Dues Payment

AsPS Dues

  • AsPS dues are $15.00 (USD) per year (Fiscal Year runs January to December)
  • Active membership in AsMA is a prerequisite for AsPS Membership.  Please refer to the AsPS Bylaws regarding the membership policy.
  • Aerospace Physiology Society is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, donations to which are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.  Your membership dues are tax-deductible minus any merchant fees associated with processing your online payment.*

Payment Options:

  • Cash or Check payment in USD at the AsPS Table or AsPS functions during the AsMA Annual Scientific Meeting.
  • Check or Money Order payment in USD by mail.  Request a dues invoice and payment instructions via email to the Treasurer at aerophyzsociety@gmail.com.
  • Online via Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal payment.

Before you proceed with dues payment, please read carefully:

  1. New applicants should wait for approval of their application prior to payment.
  2. Ensure that you AsMA membership is in good standing by logging in to the Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA) website at http://www.asma.org and proceeding to ‘Members Login’. There you can update your contact information and renew your membership if necessary.
  3. Members are responsible for updating past dues owed to AsMA and AsPS to maintain continuous membership in good standing to preserve all of the benefits of membership.
  4. The AsPS membership roster is periodically checked against AsMA’s active membership list. AsPS dues payments by individuals who have not maintained an active membership in the AsMA will be considered ‘guest donations’.
  5. For online dues payments, you may pay past dues owed in addition to the current year by simply selecting the number of years dues to be paid.  Please make a note in “Note to Treasurer” indicating to which years your dues payments are to be applied.  Please note that there is a fee that has been added to the dues amount for online payments and that this portion of  your payment is not tax-deductible.
  6. A PayPal Account is NOT required for online payment. Payment options include (among others): Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (AmEx), Debit Cards, Bill Me Later by PayPal and PayPal Account.  To review a brief tutorial, click here –> Online Payment Tutorial
